IABT Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions

Our IABT Rewards Program is one way in which It’s A Black Thang.com endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business. Members of IABT Rewards are able to earn and accumulate points that can be redeemed for program benefits such as discount coupons, free shipping and merchandise.

The IABT Rewards Program ("Program" or "IABT Rewards") is sponsored by It’s A Black Thang.com. By becoming Members ("Members") of the IABT Rewards Program, Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from It’s A Black Thang.com except where expressly disallowed as a profile preference. The It’s A Black Thang.com logo, IABT Rewards logo and other Program logos and taglines are the intellectual property of It’s A Black Thang.com. Members agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Program. Membership rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law. State fees and taxes may apply where required by law.

IABT Rewards Membership ("Membership") is open to individuals at least 18 years of age. Commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for Membership. Employees of It’s A Black Thang.com, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children under the age of 23 living at home are not eligible for Membership.

Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future Program rules. Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new Member enrolls in the IABT Rewards Program. It’s A Black Thang.com may change the IABT Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. It’s A Black Thang.com may change, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.

It’s A Black Thang.com may, at any time, terminate or modify the IABT Rewards Program and Program rules without any further obligations to Members. Abuse of the IABT Rewards Program, including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward coupons, products, points or promotional offers, using multiple IABT Rewards accounts ("Rewards Accounts") in an effort to abuse the IABT Rewards Program and any misrepresentation of facts relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by It’s A Black Thang.com in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Member's Rewards Account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward coupons ("Coupons") and termination of the business relationship with It’s A Black Thang.com. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the IABT Rewards Program, It’s A Black Thang.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs.

It’s A Black Thang.com reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by It’s A Black Thang.com shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.

As a condition of Membership, Members may receive electronic point updates, IABT Rewards updates and other related materials at the discretion of It’s A Black Thang.com.

It’s A Black Thang.com reserves the right to make IABT Rewards points and promotional offers available to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation or information supplied by the Member.

A Member may cancel his or her Membership at any time by notifying It’s A Black Thang.com by mail, email or telephone. It’s A Black Thang.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an individual Membership.

Privacy Policy: The information provided by the Member will be handled according to the It’s A Black Thang.com Privacy Policy. Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction or any government agency determines that any provision of these Program Terms is void or unenforceable, that provision will continue to be enforceable to the extent permitted by that court or agency, and the remainder of that provision will no longer be considered as part of these Program Terms. However, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waivers

We can delay enforcing our rights under these Program Terms without losing them. In addition, our failure to exercise our rights on any one occasion, or even on more than one occasion, does not constitute a waiver of our rights for any future occasion. All waivers must be in writing.

Earning Points

As a Member of IABT Rewards, Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent on any Eligible Product Purchase at itsablackthang.com. Points will post to Member's Rewards Account within approximately 24-48 hours from the date of shipment of the items purchased. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on Eligible Product Purchases less any dollars spent on sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, rebates applied at the time of purchase, or the dollar amount for the purchase of It’s A Black Thang.com Gift Cards and eGift Cards.

Members do not earn points for the amount of any coupon redeemed or discounts applied. When Members return products, points previously posted to Member's Rewards Account for that purchase will be deducted from Member's Rewards Account. Other exclusions may apply. Discount coupons and points have no cash value and are nontransferable.

Points that remain on Member's Rewards Account are forfeited if the Program is terminated or the Member's Rewards Account is closed. In the event that a Member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Coupon, the Coupon used in connection with such a purchase shall not be reissued and no points representing such Coupons shall be reissued to such Member's Rewards Account.

All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the IABT Rewards Program. Points are not transferable and may not be combined among IABT Rewards Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member's estate and may not pass to Members' successors and assigns. Accrued points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued points are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of domestic relations proceedings, or otherwise.

"ELIGIBLE PRODUCT PURCHASES" means purchases of any product such as artwork, tote bags and statues. Gift card purchases are excluded. It’s A Black Thang.com has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for IABT Rewards.

IABT Rewards Benefits:

For every 500 points Members earn in the IABT Rewards Program, Members can receive a $5 Rewards coupon that can be applied to their next purchase.

For every 1000 points Members earn in the IABT Rewards Program, Members can receive a $10 Rewards coupon that can be applied to their next purchase.

For every 2000 points Members earn in the IABT Rewards Program, Members can receive a $20 Rewards coupon that can be applied to their next purchase.

For every 2500 points Members earn in the IABT Rewards Program, Members can receive a $25 Rewards coupon that can be applied to their next purchase.

Coupons do not expire. Only one coupon can be used per purchase. You can not combine the coupons with other site promotions or discounts.
