What is the IABT Rewards Program?

Our IABT Rewards Program is one way in which It’s A Black Thang.com endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business. Members of IABT Rewards are able to earn and accumulate points that can be redeemed for program benefits such as discount coupons, free shipping and merchandise.

How do I enroll in the IABT Rewards program?

Our IABT Rewards program is a built-in feature at It’s A Black Thang.com. If you create an account on It’s A Black Thang.com you will be automatically enrolled.

How do I create an account?

Click on the "IABT Rewards" tab at the bottom of each page or you can click on the "Login/sign up" link at the top of each page. For a full list of terms and conditions, click here.

How do I earn IABT Rewards points?

- 10 Rewards Points are earned for each dollar of eligible purchases.
- 100 Rewards Points are earned when you create an account on It's A Black Thang.com.

Do I earn points when purchasing a gift card?

No you don't earn points for the purchase of a gift card. The recipient will earn the points when they redeem the gift card. 

How do I check my IABT Rewards point balance and redeem rewards?

- Log in to your store account and then click on the IABT Rewards tab at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the "Redeem" tab and chose a reward.
- You will be given a coupon code that you will need to enter at checkout. 

How do I use my IABT Rewards?

IABT Rewards are issued as coupon codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order). You can not combine the coupons with other site discounts or promotions.

What if I lose my coupon or I don't remember it?

The coupon codes you redeem are stored on your account page. 

Do my IABT Rewards points expire?

IABT Rewards points do not expire. However, points may be forfeited as described in the program terms and conditions.

Can I return an item purchased with Rewards points?

Items purchased with rewards points can be returned for an exchange if the item is damaged or defective. You can also return an item and have the Points credited back to your Rewards account. Items purchased with rewards points can not be returned for a cash refund.
