It's A Black Thang.com is fast and easy.
We accept all major credit card and debit cards
and we also accept Pay
Pal. Simply browse through our site and when you
find an item you want to purchase, click the associated
"Buy
Me" button, and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
You can review and edit the products you’ve added to your cart
by clicking on the "View/Edit Cart" button at the top of each page. Once youve
finished shopping, click the "Check Out Register" button
and fill out the order form.

Order by Phone
We highly suggest
placing your order online because it processes faster and is much
more efficient. However if need to place your order via phone you
can call us at 813-643-1160.

Order by Mail

Click Here to print our mail-order form (or you can write
your order on a sheet of paper.)
2. Browse
through our website and click the "Buy Me" buttons beneath the items
you want to order. When you finish shopping write the item numbers and descriptions on the
order form. Scroll down to view the shipping chart and enter the
shipping cost on the form. (The chart is also on the form.)

checks or money orders payable to Kanes Publications.
(note:
All checks take about 10 working days to clear and your order will not ship until your check clears.
Your check may clear your bank within a few days but it still takes up to
10-days for the funds to be deposited into our account. Orders paid
by money order will ship in accordance with our normal shipping policy.)
5. If you order by mail with your credit card, be sure and sign
the order form.

the same instructions for ordering by mail except enter your credit
card information on the order form and sign the form. Then fax it to

Shipping
Information |
We use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for most of our
shipping. The delivery time for most orders is about 7-10
business days. We base our shipping charges on the amount of the
order. This is one of the industry standard methods for estimating
shipping charges. The scale below is the one we use:

If you need express shipping,
submit a support ticket or send us an email and we
will make sure the items you ordered are in stock and calculate the
extra shipping charge.
Overseas Shipping:
1. The shipping cost on overseas orders will be higher. After
you finish shopping and enter your overseas address, the system will
calculate your shipping costs before you have to pay.
2. Delivery times for overseas (including Canada) orders can take up
to 3-4 weeks. We have no control over the procedures used by customs
officials and the other agencies that handle overseas mail. Many of
those procedures slow down the process. APO and FPO orders are
not considered overseas and will use the shipping chart above.

How To Return
A Product |
If you need to return an item, you can submit a support ticket or
send us an email and explain the situation. We will review your
request and assign you a
Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so you can return the
product for a refund or exchange. (note: The product must be in like-new
condition and shipped in the original packing material or something very
similar and secure. For software
purchases, we only accept returns on unopened discs. On defective software discs
we will replace the defective disc with another disc.
Key elements of our return policy:
1. You must contact us and get a RMA number. Please do not simply return
the items on your own. We have specific policies with regard to shipping
standards and insurance that you must adhere to.
2. The product must be in like-new condition and shipped in the
original packing material.
3. For software
purchases, we only accept returns on unopened discs. On defective software discs
we will replace the defective disc with another disc.
4. Your refund will be for the purchase price only,
no refunds on shipping.
5. A 15% restocking fee may be accessed against the purchase price.
6. We cannot accept returns after
30-days.
Items that are returned
to us due to postal problems
1. If your package is returned to
us because you did not pick it up from the post office, or if you
did not use a valid address, you will
have to pay the shipping charges for us to re-ship it.
2. If you do not want to pay the
charges for re-shipment or if you no longer want the order, we will refund the purchase price of the order. We will not refund the
shipping charges and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
