Albert Mukasa Wilson is a master
artist who specializes in pencil art. His unique talent results in
art work that simply jumps off the canvas. Albert Mukasa Wilson was
born and raised in Uganda, East Africa. He was one of seven children
and privileged to come from a family of artists. Both of his
grandfathers were great artists and his mother was an art teacher.
"I remember being
captivated by the grace and emotion on my grandmother's face as she
watched her favorite television program, the Mahalia Jackson
Special", he says. "I soon realized that with a basic no. 2 pencil I
could preserve that expression on paper. I enjoyed the results so
much, I went on to experiment with different pencils.
